Matiera delivers your orders throughout Europe. Find below all the information about our shipping methods, delivery costs and order tracking.
Delivery methods
Your samples are shipped by standard Colissimo parcel. You are notified by email or SMS of a 3-hour delivery slot, which can be changed until midnight the day before.
Cladding and pillars are shipped on pallets by a specialist carrier. Several options are available depending on your situation:
For private individuals and sites accessible in residential areas. The carrier unloads on a flat, hard surface immediately next to the vehicle.
The site must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle. Maximum weight per pallet is 780 kg.
For professionals equipped with a forklift. Orders exceeding 19 tonnes are delivered by articulated lorry; unloading is the customer's responsibility.

Calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and destination. Rates applicable from 1 July 2026.
VAT applicable according to your delivery country, calculated automatically at checkout.

The recipient or a representative must be present to receive the goods, check their condition and sign the delivery note. |
Site accessibility
The delivery location must be accessible to a 19-tonne vehicle. If access is not possible, delivery may be refused and additional charges will apply. |
