Installation accesories

We recommend the ORFLEX tile adhesive (class C2TE), suitable for all types of substrates, both indoors and outdoors. Its high-performance formula ensures lasting adhesion on concrete, blockwork, brick and plaster.

Strongly recommended on porous, crumbly or overly smooth substrates: new plaster, aerated concrete, OSB. The primer regulates surface porosity and improves adhesive bonding, reducing the risk of detachment.

For standard substrates (blockwork, concrete), use PREPABASE CS IV. For technical substrates (lightweight concrete, bonded brick), choose PREPATECH CS III.

Each Matiera cladding comes with a technical datasheet that specifies the exact consumption of adhesive and jointing mortar per m². Always refer to this sheet to calculate your requirements.

Always allow an extra 5 to 10% for cuts and waste.

Essential for exterior use and wet rooms (bathroom, kitchen, utility room). The water repellent protects stone or brick against water ingress, stains and efflorescence, without altering the natural appearance of the material.

For light-coloured cladding, use the clear water repellent. For anthracite collections (CISELÉ), choose Hydronoir.

The grout bag is the essential tool for a clean and precise jointed installation. It allows jointing mortar to be injected directly between stones or bricks without staining the exposed faces.

Use after 24 to 48 hours of adhesive drying time, with the ORSOL jointing mortar suitable for your collection.
